3. Parental Consent and Responsibility (Minor Accounts Only)

By registering a minor, the parent or legal guardian:

1. Provides verifiable consent for the minor to use the MotivatioNILAthletes App;
2. Accepts full responsibility for the minor's use of the App;
3. Agrees to supervise activity and ensure compliance with these Terms;
4. Acknowledges responsibility for all actions taken through the minor's account.

4. Use of the App

All users agree to:

1. Use the App only for lawful and intended purposes;
2. Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App;
3. Not share login credentials or impersonate another user.

MotivatioNILAthletes reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments (Adult Users)

1. Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription for adult users.
2. By subscribing, adult users agree to:

7. Account Management and Termination

1. Parents or legal guardians may suspend or delete a minor's account at any time.
2. Adult users may delete their own accounts at any time.
3. MotivatioNILAthletes may suspend or terminate any account if:
   • These Terms are violated;
   • Required consent is withdrawn;
   • Use of the App poses a risk to users or the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, and functionality of the MotivatioNILAthletes App are owned by MotivatioNILAthletes and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available."

MotivatioNILAthletes makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or suitability for any particular user.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotivatioNILAthletes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
